"Yet a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks. God is spirit, and his worshipers must worship in spirit and in truth." - John 4:23-24
Purpose:
To create an atmosphere of worship that ushers in the very presence of God (his glory, spirit, love, mercy, honor, blessing, and joy...ALL of God). To offer up true and honest worship that is pure in heart and pure in action. To present a pure and honest love for God and desire for his presence that is unquenchable.
Mission:
First and foremost, we will go privately into the Holy of Holies. Entering daily into true, honest worship that glorifies his name and brings honor to his name.
Secondly, we will go as a team to a deeper intimacy in worship. We will experience the power of God in ways we have never experienced him before.
Lastly, we will lead the congregation to a new level. We will be the guides and the path setters by being examples in true and honest worship.
Team Vision:
Rise up as a team of leaders. Not worship leaders, but lead worshipers who will lead us, as a team, and the congregation into the holy of holies. God has called us to a higher level and a deeper intimacy with him and we must be willing to go! Leadership will be displayed within your musical section (ie: vocals, guitar, drums, etc.) not always leading the congregation.
